Granada Hills is a district in the Granada Hills region of the City of Los Angeles, California.
This area now known as Granada Hills was acquired in about 1881 by George K. Porter, a pioneer of the
north Granada Hills and one of the founders of the city of San Fernando. It is located just north
of the North Hills district, west of the Mission Hills and Sylmar districts, and just east of the Northridge
and Porter Ranch districts.
